Microsoft Outlook e-mail

I have a letter written in Microsoft Word that contains a picture, signature,
header, footer, and a simple background. I want to make that document the
exact body of the e-mail. Essentially just copying the exact print view of
the document into the e-mail. How can I do this?

Formatted e-mails use html format which is not compatible with
headers/footers or even pages. You would have to place all the elements on
the main page view. Or, better still, send an attachment - preferably in pdf
format.
