Our office has some Word 2000 versions running and some Word 2003 versions.
We adopted the typeface ZapfEllipt BT as our standard, but find is is no
longer available as an option in the "upgraded" Word 2003 version. We can
open older documents, but they look and print differently. How can we get
this typeface to run on Word 2003?

Wherever you acquired ZapfEllipt BT, it wasn't with any version of Office or
Windows. The page at http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx
contains the complete list, and that font isn't included. In addition,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;837463 lists all the
fonts for recent Office versions.

A Google search for the font's full name, Zapf Elliptical BT, turns up a few
places that will sell it to you, such as
http://www.itcfonts.com/fonts/font/...id=59227&query=Zapf Elliptical&SCOPE=ITCFonts
and http://cgd.buycreative.com/products/fonts/viewproduct.php?pid=26239
and http://www.paratype.com/btstore/fonts/Zapf-Elliptical.htm.
