how do i get the original Cataneo BT font on to my MicrosoftWord

how do i get the original Cataneo BT font on to my Microsoft Word?
I can transfer files from my old windows XP with this text to my new Windows
Vista, but it is not the same Cataneo BT font.

Cataneo BT is not included with any Microsoft product. Either install the
software that provided the font, or (subject to copyright issues) copy the
font from the XP PC to the new one or search the web for a source of this
font.
