How do I download PowerPoint templates?

When I click on "download" for PPT templates often nothing happens.
Sometimes I get an "error on page" message.

Sometimes they download into the design templates, and sometimes they don't?
What gives?

If they are downloading, how do I find them to use them. Thanks.

Where are you downloading from?

If it's the Office Online site (http://office.microsoft.com), try turning
off your popup blocker. Also try emptying your temporary internet files
folder.
