how do i download explorer 6.o service pack1 to my computer. and also i want
to change the recent language of my computer to english language(i can`t
understand korean language)

You'll need to ask this in a newsgroup related to IE6 (there are several
starting microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6)

If it's your entire computer that's displaying Korean (rather than simply
IE), you should ask in one of the newsgroups related to whatever operating
system you're using.
