How do I download contacts from AOL to Outlook?

I had uploaded all of my contacts to Aol, then got a new computer. Now I'm
trying to download all of my contacts bact to Outlook on my new computer from
Aol. Is this possible, or do I have to get my old computer out of storage?

I would use the AOL Help files as this is not a problem that Outlook can solve.

Shanna,

Extracting an AOL address book on a Windows PC is far easier than on a Mac,
because the online service offers a free program called Intellisync for AOL
(aolsync.aol.com). This will easily copy your contacts list into Microsoft's
Outlook or Outlook Express as well as Palm Desktop. Unfortunately, not
everybody in AOL's tech support seems to know it exists.
