How do I download an email account to a folder not the inbox?

Set up two logon IDs. Admin (yours) and "hername" (hers)
Log on to hers and set up her e-mail accounts in Outlook.

This in no way fulfills what the poster requested. There is no need to
force a user to create a separate Windows logon. Outlook can handle this
very easily with the use of a rule to move messages to other folders.
