how do I down load hotfix kb834716 ?

once again Outlook has defaulted to a basic view of contact information.
I used my two calls to Microsoft for help years ago.
Article 837998 talks about using a hotfix, but I don't understand how to
download the fix.

Call 1-800-936-5700 this is Microsoft Customer central no they should be
able to send the Hotfix if you provide them the numver for it
