How do I do a search for text within a folder not just a document?

I want to search for a name that could be in one of many documents within a
folder. In Word Perfect there is an Advanced Search feature. Is there a
similiar feature in Word?
 
Yes (it's under tools in the file open dialog) , but it is probably simpler
to use the search facility in Windows Explorer.
