How do i disable the "windows" key

the key right between Ctrl and Alt, otherwise known as the windows key. I
would like to know how to make it so whenever I accidently press this key
while I'm playing a game, the whole thing doesn't minimize and bring up the
start menu (extremely annoying).

thanks a lot man now i'm going to install the registry thing and restart if i
come back posting again, it means it didn't work. If i don't post here again,
