How do I disable Show In Groups as a default setting in Outlook?

Is there a way to disable the Show In Groups view option in Outlook 2003 for
all existing folders at once? And also to keep it from applying this setting
to new folders? Or am I really going to have to apply this change to every
folder one at a time?
