how do i disable keyboard shortcuts in outlook email?

I would like to disable the keyboard short "Ctrl Enter" which automatically
sends an email message since it often happens accidentally while I am typing
a message.

You can do this in the Windows registry. (Make a backup first.) In the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\DisabledShortcutKeysCheckBoxes key, create a new string value named CtrlEnter and for its value, enter 13,8.
