How do I disable cleartype in Outlook 2003 after installing IE7?

I installed IE7 with cleartype, didn't like it and turned it off. Now Outlook
2003 emails and preview pane also are stuck in cleartype (maybe other MS
programs as well for all I know). How do I turn it off?

[why do the %V@@3&$ at MS always think they know better than the user what
we want??? UGH!]

In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and uncheck "Always use
ClearType for HTML" and see if that helps.
