How do I determine who is the appointment creator?

I need a way in Outlook 2000 or 2003 to determine who is the appointment
creator. Voluntary entry of initials is unreliable. Does the system track
this in a file somewhere that is retrievable?

Open the appointment and go to the attendees tab.
