HOW DO I DELETE UNWANTED WINDOW?

First, typing in all capital letters is considered shouting and rude.
Second, go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes. Look in
there for something that resembles the "HP-Info Window" (since you
don't give specifics, I can't say whether what is starting is necessary
for your HP device) and uncheck the box. Click Apply and OK and it
should not start any more. If you need more help, post back with better
details of the problem.

Before you use msconfig to turn this window off, check in the HP program's
options to see if there is an option to NOT start when Windows starts.
