How do I delete them?

I want to delete all the temporary internet files that are on my computer but when i click to delete them, my internet stops responding and I have to close all the windows. Can someone please tell me whats wrong with this?

Leah, try going to C:\Documents and Settings\Leah\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files. Open folder
and from top Menu select Edit>Select All. rt click on one of the
highlighted files and choose delete.
