How do I delete the read receipts waiting to be sent in my new Ou.

When I installed my new Outlook and brought over my email - I received
duplicate emails and deleted them. Now, it is constantly wanting to send the
read receipts for my deleted mail and I have no idea how to get rid of them.
It errors out on the server and is driving me bonkers!
