how do I DELETE the choose profile box when MS outlook starts

When I LAUNCH MS outlook I GET a profile box. If I close the dialog box then
MS outlook also closes. The profile box is associated with adobe acrobat 6.0
 
are you sure it's an adobe dialog? Outlook has a choose profile box - you
can change thesettings for it in control panel, mail... profiles.
