How do I delete duplicate emails automatically?

After importing and exporting my Outlook mail from one computer to another, I
have found that I have hundreds and maybe even thousands of duplicate emails.
I always check off "do not import duplicate emails" so I dont know why they
are there. Is there an easy way to eliminate the duplicates. Thanks!

account will be deleted without reading.
