How do I delete "Documents and Settings" for old accounts in XP?

My wife did the initial setup on our new desktop, I want to
re-configure. Was easily able to delete the user accounts, but the
account files are still in "Documents and Settings." Help, please!

If you are sure they are not needed - DELETE them.
Like you would any other file.
