How do I delete an item in my outbox that is too large to send?

I tried to send a video via outlook, however, it appears to be too large to
send. I've tried deleting from my outbox but it won't delte. It keeps me
from send/receiving immediately and I would like to delete it and not send
it.

Does anyone have an easy way to fix the problem?
