I entered a return address to use on several envelopes, and didn't delete it
immediately afterwards. Now it appears as a default return address. How can I
get rid of it?

Anna,

This could be in one of several places.

1. Check the table design for the table, delete the "default" property of
the addres field.

2. If that doesn't do it, then you probably have the default value of the
control on a form set, so go to the form where you are seeing this, view it
in design view, and check the default property of the control.

Are you using Microsoft Access (the subject of this newsgroup)... or Microsoft
Word, as seems likely? If you're using Access, there is no "default return
address" unless your application has defined one. If you're using Word, please
scroll down the list of subject areas and repost in a Word newsgroup.
