How do I delete a message that is stuck in my out box?

I tried to send an email with 3 files attached. The email hasn't gone and it
has locked up my outlook. I can't send or receive anymore and I can't delete
the email. I also keep getting a process called MAPISP32.exe which takes up
all my processing power. Anyone got any ideas.

I did the repair pst thing and that found errors but only minor ones and
I,ve still got this email stuck in there and the MAPISP process is still
cloging things up. I can get to my emails through internet but Outlook just
keeps locking everything up.

Forget that last reply. I read the instructions properly and did the new pst
thing aswell that fixed it.
