How do I Delete a message that always causes Outlook to shut down

Every time I try to delete this one particular email that was spam to begin
with, Outlook Express goes into (not responding) and I have to click END
PROGRAM. If this message so much as just gets clicked on, it goes into (not
responding). How the heck do I get rid of this?

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Windows/Outlook
Express version you are using. I would suggest you include your
Windows and Office version number in the message.
