How do I customize the color palette in PowerPoint?

I have a color scheme that I use for my logo, website, and other print
pieces. When I create PowerPoint bar charts, I want to use colors from my
color scheme. However, I'm only given a palette of colors without a way to
set the red, green, and blue for the specific color I want.

Is there a ways to customize the palette for bar charts?
