How do I create the Main Switchboard Form?

I mucked up my Main Switchboard Form, deleted it, tried to re-create it. I
can't seem to do so. Any ideas? I am familiar with the Switchboard Manager
but don't see where I can create the Main Switchboard Form.

You cannot re-create the switchboard until you have also deleted the
Switchboard Items table.

If you wish to use the same Switchboard items, re-name the switchboard
items table, then create a new switchboard using the Switchboard
manager. Delete the new Switchboard Items table and re-name the
previous one back to Switchboard Items.
Confused?

A better solution would be to create your own switchboard using an
unbound form with command buttons. If you use the command button
wizard, Access will even write much of the code for you. You'll have
more control over the appearance of the form and maintenance will be
much easier..

The switchboard wizard relies on two objects the [Switchboard Items] table
and the [Switchboard] form. If you deleted one but not the other, the
wizard will not run properly. If you don't want to save the data already
entered just delete the table. If you want to save it but still force the
wizard to rebuild the form, rename the table and run the wizard. The wizard
will recreate the form and it will recreate the table. You can exit from
the wizard immediately. Delete the new switchboard items table and rename
your saved version. Then when you go back into the wizard, you will see the
items previously entered.
