how do i create my own form in outlook

I need to creat some forms in outlook and I can only use the ones thats there
and move things around. I can't change the main title and save it under that
.. How do I do that? Please help

All custom Outlook forms are based on one of the built-in standard forms (unless you're an expert-level C++ and Extended MAPI programmer). See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm
