How do I create a submenu in Frontpage 2003?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to create submenus in FrontPage 2003 ?

Here is an example of what I would like to do.

Main buttons: Jewelry Beauty Products
Sub-buttons : Necklaces Soaps
Earrings Oils
Bracelets Etc.
