How do I create a rounded corner

Can someone advise me on how to create rounded corners or perhaps just one
on the top left corner of the centre
cream panel of my website at www.watchrepairer.co.uk please.

I would also like to be able to insert some links buttons running from top
downwards on the outer left hand side of the cream panel as well, but
haven't a clue how to start, can someone help with this also?

Requires you to create corner image in a image application with the outside
of the quarter circle being black and the inner part of the circle being
pale yellow, then you must add a row to the top and bottom of your table as
well as a column.
