How do I create a pick list from a master list in EXCEL

Looking for a way to create a pick list from a master
inventory list. I want to be able to print only the items
that have been notated without having to select as I go.
Is there a report or filter that will allow me to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
You can create a column and notate each record with the
same identifier (say the letter "P") and then apply an
Autofilter (Data > Filter > AutoFilter). Click on the drop-
down arrow for that column and select "P".
