How do I create a message template?

I am trying to create message templates (forms) in Outlook, so that I don't
have to retype messages that I send over and over. I have read several
books, tried a search online and cannot find an answer to this questions.
Would anyone be able to assist me?
 
Turn off Word as your email editor. Create a message. Save it with the File
| Save As command and choose .oft as the file type.
