How do I create 4-inch letters?

Want to create 4-inch letters and numbers in Word .

At 72 points = 1 inch, you need (nominally) 288-point lettering. But since
the nominal point size includes some built-in leading, you may need larger
text to get a true 4 inches. Type whatever size you need into the Font box
and press Enter.

Just make your font large. Not a difficult task.
