how do i creat a rule in sent items with exchange server

I want to creat a rule in outlook 2003 with exchange server to put certain
sent items in a spacific folder
 
use the after sending rule option (start from a blank rule) - note it
copies, not moves.

also - there is an option in tools, options, email options, advanced to save
sent items with the original when the original is not in the inbox.
