How do I creat a drop box in a word document

I am creating letter in mail merge and want to create a drop down box so the
I can just click on a choice from the list in the drop down box. Ex -
Student lost: Lock
Book
Uniform
 
It won't work with a mail merge; you'd have to put it into each document
AFTER you mail merge and that would be no fun. Better that you should add
that field to your data source file. :)
