How do I correct from safe-mode to full-mode in Outlook?

Ever since I loaded Outlook 2003 trial-version, which came with MS
Step-by-Step series for self-tutoring, my Outlook XP (version 2002) works
only in Safe-mode. I remember reading something about that the 2003
trial-version could disable my XP version, after installing the 2003 version.

Is there a way to correct and use my Outlook XP version in Full-mode?

Only one instance of OL can be installed / exist on the PC
Be aware OL2003 unicode pst cannot be read/used in earlier version OL, once
trial expires you will not have access to OL2003 pst, unless you buy full
version.

Thanks.

Then, can I buy only the OL2003 without the other components of Offie 2003,
such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint?
