outlook 2002 only opens in safe mode.

Good evening, My outlook 2002 became corrupted and will only open in safe
mode. I bought the new Office 2003 and installed but still cant open outlook
(now 2003). How can I completely remove the old version and save my data?

If Outlook starts in safe mode, there is a good chance that either the
extensions file, Extend.dat or the toolbar customizations file, Outcmd.dat
