How do I copy all my personal folders to a CD in Outlook?

I am very much a novice. I need to reformatt my computer and therefor need to
copy all my Personal Folders etc to a CD to use after I have reinsatlled
Outlook. How do I go about it?
 
Close Outlook, find where your .pst folders are and then make a copy
