How do I back up Microsoft office Outlook 2003 to a CD?

I am changing jobs and want to keep a copy of my current Microsoft Office
outlook 2003 on a CD, in case I need to go back to answer a question. How do
I make a copy of all my folders, contacts, etc. to a cd?
