How do I copy a worksheet in the new Excel?

I am trying to copy a worksheet and keep it in the same workbook. I have a
set of directions from Microsoft but don't know where the Before List sheet
is. I also can't seem to find the Move or copy dialog box. Any suggesstions
for this luddite?

Right-click the sheet tab; select Move or Copy...

Try opening both file -
- right click on the worksheet to move/copy (at the bottom)
- click on move/copy
- tell it where to move/copy the worksheet
- then it what position to place in the new worksheet
- then click "copy" bottom left, if your are not moving the worksheet
