how do i copy a slide and paste to location other than powerpt?

Is there any way to take one slide out of a power point presentation and
insert into and e-mail?
 
You can save as a jpeg (current slide only".

Obviously there wont be animation.

Or you can delete all slides but one and save as a pps file
