how do i convert odf to word format?

I would like to vuew some open document formatted documents but cannot seem
to be able to convert them to word (.doc) format. How can I convert them?

Did you try to open them in Word? If that doesn't work (I honestly don't
know if it will), did you try Google to see if anyone is offering a
converter?

Hi C.,

The .ODF (Oasys Document Format) files are supported by Open Office, (which you can download from http://openoffice.com .

There is also an add-in converter as a work in process, that will work from within the Office apps to open .ODF files.
