How do i convert a 2007 Word Doc into 2003 Word format? Most people don't
have Word 2007. When I send them a file in Word 2007, they cannot open the
file. How do I convert my 2007 Word document into an older version such as
Word 2003, which most people are using now. I only have Word 2007 in my
laptop.

Press the F12 key - this displays the Save As window.

At the bottom of the Save As window is the Save as type box - click on its
drop-down menu button to the right.

The 3rd (third) option is Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc). Select this option,
then save the document.

I have a problem-- converting WD 2007-WIN to WD 2003-MAC
I SAVE AS properly
All of the formating goes haywire ! headers and footers, spacing, alignment
all go wild. My professor is taking a large # of points off--
What can I do ??
