You can't do it with either of those. If you have the full version of
Acrobat (writer, not reader) you can save directly as Word (Acrobat 6) or as
RTF (Acrobat 5).
To retrieve the text only with what you currently have, install a generic
text printer on port FILE:. Print to that from Acrobat reader -- you'll get
a .prn file which is actually plain text and will open in Word. You'll lose
nearly all the formatting, but the basic text will be OK.
