how do I consolodate two calendars-1 being a root of the other

I recently installed Outllok 2003 and then impotrted my old Outlook calendar
data.I now have two calendars - one being the root of the main one. My data
is in the secondary calandar. Can I import the secondary calenadar data into
the main calenadar. I also recive emails from some of my regular friends but
now recieve 3 ormore copies of the same email - is this a related problem
please ? If anyone can help - a step by step guide would be appreciated - I
am not an expert.

Display the calendar from which you want to transfer data in a by category view. Select all, right click and drag and drop to the destination calendar FOLDER and select your option to either copy or move.

Thanks for the quick response - your suggestions seems to have done the
trick. I still have to resolve the issue of the multiple/duplicate copies of
emails I recive from certain people (not all) - do you have any ideas please
