How do I configure Outlook to recognize a wireless connection?

I have a wireless card in my lap top. I use Outlook to send and receive
email. Outlook wants a dial-up connection. It does not recognize a wireless
connection. How do I configure Outlook to recognize a wireless conncection
so I can send and receive email through my wireless connection?

Do you have a dialup connection selected here: Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change > Click Next > Highlight an account > Click Edit > Click More
Settings > Connection tab

Try using the LAN connection type.
