How do I configure iValueHost with Outlook?

Just wondering if anyone knew how to config an iValueHost email account with
Outlook?

I'm getting outgoing server errors (STMP) - telling me to change the
'advanced' settings. I've changed them to STMP 25 to STMP 587. No results

Configure it with port 25 but enable Outgoing Server Authentication. You can
also use the SMTP server of your direct ISP.
