How to set up email with Outlook with Yahoo & Gmail

I want to know how to set up email accounts with Yaho & Gmail need the POP3
and STMP --

Look on the Yahoo! Mail site and the GMail site for instructions. They are posted in very clear language.

Oops, it wasn't yesterday that you sent the same post. It was just
1-1/2 hours ago.
 
I know that for yahoo you have to pay about $20/year so that you can receive
it in Outlook otherwise you have to go through the Yahoo website. I think I
saw with the new Outlook, you can get hotmail in for free.

didn't know if I worded it in the best way the first tiome. Thank you again.
