How do I compose a large attachment into multiple email fragments

My Exchange server imposes a limit of 2MB on email attachment size. I need to
send a 10 MB attachment by fragmenting the attachment into multiple email
fragments. How can I do this in Outlook?

The server actually imposes a limit on the message, including the
attachment.
