Hi - I just migrated from Outlook Express 6 to Outlook 2000 SR-1. Outlook Express has a feature that was very useful to me, and I can't find an analagous feature in Outlook.

What it is: in Outlook Express, I created a Rule that specifies a particular color for the Subject line of a message that was sent to a particular account. I used it like this: I subscribe to a remote fax service that accepts faxes and delivers them to me via e-mail. I want to make sure that I know when a fax is received (so that I don't inadvertently fail to notice it among all of my spam and other messages), so I set up a special e-mail account for the faxed (e.g., (e-mail address removed)), and I set up the Rule so that Outlook Express would display the Subject line in a magenta color each time a message came in to the (e-mail address removed) account.

In Outlook Express I have found that I can do something that is close to this but not exactly the same. What I have done in Outlook Express is use the Rules Wizard to tell Outlook Express to play a particular sound (a .wav file) when a message comes to the (e-mail address removed) account. This is a step in the right direction, but I'd really like to do the color thing, if possible.

Any ideas?

Thanks - Cynthia
