When I start my MS Outlook, it says: "Your microsoft server exchange is
unavailable, 'Retry' 'Workoffline' 'Cancel', and when i click on work
offline, it says : "Unable to open your default email folder. Your Profile is
not configured". Please help me with what i should do about this.

There is no need to open Outlook. As stated in the article use Control
Panel-> Mail
